The customers have the option of product(s) to be returned with the receipt within 14 days, subject to the following conditions:
- Accepted return reason: flawed or flawless products can be sent back to
- Replacement options: we provide product replacement, please before contact with us
- Customized products (e.g., own sample order t-shirt, mug): these could be returned only if you make a mistake arrive
- Return cost: return shipping cost is the buyer
- Refunds: the verified return within 14 days after happening
